Stephen Stauss
Colorado has always been a place to call home. Raised in Oklahoma, and thanks to my parents, we spent many fun filled weeks of my childhood years vacationing in Colorado. This is what prompted my move in 1990. After some time spent in Vail and Durango, I settled on the front range by 1999. Since then I’ve been in the building and construction industry. For more than 10 years, I worked as a project manager and supervisor for a general contractor in Boulder County. This experience was an important stepping stone in establishing my own general contracting company in 2014. Now I am phasing into residential and commercial inspections.
My years of construction-based knowledge enable me to grow my business and serve those who need an accurate and thorough home inspector. I pride myself in exhibiting a work ethic that includes qualities extremely important to me including respect for the customer, punctuality, honesty and fairness. I look forward to giving my customers nothing less than an accurate, clear, and thorough inspection. My goal is to accurately assess the property and to educate the customer about their investments.
