This is the foundation of our inspection process and is designed specifically with the home buyer in mind. At Stauss Inspections, we exceed the minimum Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) to provide a thorough, detailed, and educational inspection experience.
Our goal is to help buyers gain a clear understanding of the home’s overall condition and feel confident moving forward in the decision-making process. We place a strong emphasis on client education and take the time on-site to explain systems, discuss findings, answer questions, and teach you as much as possible about the home.
All major systems and components of the home are evaluated, from the roof to the foundation, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural components, and more. Every report also includes maintenance recommendations and potential upgrade considerations to help you better understand the home beyond the transaction itself.
At the conclusion of the inspection, we set aside dedicated time for a full review of findings and time for you to ask questions so you leave with a solid understanding of the property and its condition.
